Contacting us or posting comments on this site requires your agreement with this privacy policy. The legal basis for processing your data is your consent.
Data we collect
- Username — needed to sign in and to address you.
- Email address — to contact you when necessary; it is not shown on your public profile.
- Password — encrypted; we have no access to it.
- Country.
- Social profiles — optional.
Apart from the email address and password, required to register, none of this data is mandatory.
Why we process it
- To manage your registration and preferences and provide the services you request.
- To handle complaints and enquiries about the site.
- To keep the service in good order — a registered user who breaks the rules may be removed.
How long we keep it
- If you are not registered: until you withdraw the consent you gave.
- If you are registered: until you delete your account.
Data collected to resolve an enquiry is kept until the enquiry is resolved.
Who receives your data
To provide the service we may use third-party tools, each under its own privacy terms:
- Hosting: our web hosting provider.
- Analytics: Google Analytics — you can opt out from your browser settings.
Your rights
- Access: obtain confirmation and a copy of your data.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
