Acceptance of the terms

1. Accepting these terms is a binding legal agreement between you and AceToon regarding the use of the website and every product or service it offers. By accessing or using the site, you express your agreement with them.
2. AceToon may modify or revise these terms at any time at its discretion, and you agree to be bound by those changes.
3. These terms apply to every user of the site, including those who contribute content such as images, information or other materials.
4. AceToon reserves the right to modify any aspect of the site at any time.

Community rules

1. You agree to comply with these terms and with all local, national and international law and regulations.
2. You agree not to impersonate another person or organisation.
3. You agree not to harass any other user, and to use respectful, non-offensive language.
4. You agree not to circumvent, disable or interfere with the security-related features of the site.
5. Multiple accounts held by the same person are not allowed. Detecting them may result in every associated account being blocked.
6. Administrators and moderators may delete, edit, move or close any comment or user account that breaks a rule.
7. User submissions must comply with the Google AdSense content policies.
8. You accept and certify that you have read these rules and agree to be bound by them.

Intellectual property of the site

1. AceToon holds the intellectual and industrial property rights over the domain name, the trademarks and distinctive signs, the application and the rest of the works associated with the site.
2. The content of this site — text, graphics, logos, images and software, excluding content uploaded by users — is the property of its original owners and is protected by intellectual property rights.
3. AceToon will not transfer or share the identifications or data provided by users on an individual basis, and will never sell your data to third parties.
4. Ownership of the translations shared for educational and community purposes remains with their authors.
5. If you notice an infringement of intellectual property rights in material uploaded by a third party, report it to the site administration immediately.

Intellectual property of user files

1. You may upload images or content (“User Content”) to the site. You, or its respective owner, retain ownership and rights over what you upload if it belongs to you.
2. You assume all civil and criminal liability for any copyright infringement in the material you upload.
3. You agree not to submit material that exceeds ethical limits or the laws applicable to the community.
